San Francisco: Arranged for and delivered $150,000,000 to the Rincon Towers Projects comprising two high rise towers or 500 units


San Francisco: 13 office buildings comprising 400,000 sq feet with another 300,000 sq ft joint ventured development with Lincoln Property Company


Site assemblage: Two square blocks comprising 12 properties individually at the corner of Market and Montgomery Streets for the development of high rise office buildings


Monterey: Acquired and upgraded a 50 unit apartment project comprising 9 buildings.


Los Angeles: Acquired, managed and sold 130,000 sq foot Security Bank office building across from the UCLA campus.


Glendale: Provided capital for the 500,000 sq foot office development in conjunction with Morgan Stanley.


Westwood: Site assemblage: Contracted for a 30,000 sq foot site at the SE corner of Wilshire and Veteran and designed and arranged equity and debt financing for a 300,000 sq foot office building now known as the KB Building


 Century City: Site Assemblage: Contracted and capitalized the acquisition of three contiguous apartment houses adjacent to Century City. Plans are for the development of 153 units in a low rise residential project as market conditions warrant


Valencia: Site assemblage of 1700 acres of Land in Valencia, California by providing the capital of $20 million. 


Finance: Arranged for and delivered $150,000,000 to the Rincon Towers Projects comprising two high rise towers or 500 units of which one tower is completed and the second tower is due to begin construction this year when market conditions warrant.


Valencia, California: Provided the joint venture capital from the Carpenters' Pension Fund for the development with PacTen a 500,000 square foot industrial condominium project now completed.


Valencia California: Provided mezzanine joint venture capital from ING Clarion for the development of a 375,000 square foot industrial condominium project now completed


West Los Angeles: Acquired the sites and buildings for the development and redevelopment of 25 houses on the Westside of Los Angeles


Las Vegas: Acquired, managed and sold 543 apartment units


Houston: Acquired, managed and sold 848 apartment units


Memphis, Tennessee: Acquired managed and sold 210 apartment units both high rise and campus style settings.


Vail, Colorado: Joint ventured the formation of a 50 room boutique hotel with the capitalization of $5,300,000 provided through resources in Europe


North Carolina: Acquired a 200,000 sq foot office building in downtown Charlotte, managed and sold the building.


South Beach, Miami: Structured the financing and closing of the Beacon Hotel and its refurbishment on Ocean Ave.

  

Disneyland. Anaheim, California: Acquired, financed and renovated the 273 room Ramada Hotel.


Glendale, Arizona 99th and Glendale: 5.85 acres positioned next to the future development of the Glendale Arena.


Buckeye, Arizona, A parcel composed of 113 lots in the Blue Hills Community


Wickenburg, Arizona A 247 acre parcel . Property rezoned to accommodate a mixed use  development of resort/hotel, single-family estate homes on 1 acres parcels, condos, and casitas.


Elgin, Texas The parcel is comprised of 184 platted and engineered lots and 61 finished lots. The site is well located just outside of Austin.
