Mr. Behrstock was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Meadowbrook Golf
Group (“MGG”). Mr. Behrstock
founded MGG in 1995. MGG manages,
acquires, leases and develops golf courses throughout the United States. MGG is
presently generating annual revenues in excess of $100 million, manages more
than 100 golf courses and employs more than 5000 people. Mr. Behrstock retired
from MGG in May 1998.
Between 1983 and 1988, Mr. Behrstock served as Chairman
of the Board of Westel Service Corporation, a telephone manufacturing company.
From 1965 to 1978, he was President of Diversified Financial Corporation that
performed investment management services for motion picture stars and studio
executives. Real estate projects were
purchased, managed and eventually sold by DFC.
DFC also accessed capital for oil and gas projects as well as motion
pictures.
Chapin Hunt
Jr, CEO
Since 1976, Mr. Hunt has been the founder of over 100 real estate joint
ventures, which resulted in the acquisition, finance, and management of income
producing properties nationally. These activities approximated $1 Billion in
the office, industrial, retail and residential sectors. In this capacity, he
created investment capital and staffed projects in twelve states in seventeen
cities. Projects were acquired, managed, and sold under his leadership. He has
financed, developed and built high rise office buildings, apartments and
condominiums.
Mr. Hunt started his career with David Murdock in his Development Company
after working in the development field in San Francisco for three years
prior. Mr. Hunt graduated from UC Berkeley and received his B.A.
in Economics. His five years as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Captain were
served in Europe and in combat in Vietnam. Mr. Hunt later received
his MBA specializing in taxation.
Reggie
Winssinger, Vice-CEO
Mr.
Winssinger currently manages a diversified real estate portfolio exceeding $500
million in value and is responsible, as a principal, for the acquisition and
development of numerous commercial properties. He also serves as the Honorary
Consul of Belgium to Arizona, and is a member of the Board of Directors of WP
Carey, LLC, a NYSE publicly traded company with over $8 billion dollars in real
estate assets around the world. Mr. Winssinger also sits on the board for
Pierce-Eislen, an internet based apartment research company headquartered in
Phoenix, Arizona.
Reginald
Winssinger began his career in real estate as a partner of DTZ Winssinger a
respected real estate firm in Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Winssinger received his
Bachelor's Degree from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Appraisal and Survey in
Belgium. He then came to the United States in 1979 to represent European
investors in their acquisitions of U.S. real estate.
Steven
Butler, CFO/COO
Steven Butler
has broad experience as both a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial
Officer for both international and domestic private and public companies. Mr.
Butler currently serves as the President of Butler Financial and Accounting
Services, LLC; a respected provider of Operational and Financial consulting
services for start-up and established companies in the telecommunications,
business services, energy and nutraceutical industries. Prior to founding his
firm, he served as Chief Executive Officer of StarTek, Inc. (“SRT”), a large
call center provider with more than 8,500 employees located in the United
States and Canada. StarTek is publically traded on the NYSE. Mr. Butler has
also held key financial positions in the cable and telecommunications industry
raising more than $12 billion. He will
serve full time as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for
Pacific Heights Capital.
Richard
Feldheim, Advisor
Richard
Feldheim is an attorney, CPA and an investment banker with Goldman Sachs for
several years. He is Advisor to Pacific Heights Capital, LLC and also is a
co-owner of Star Resort Group LLC and Managing Partner of Star Ventures.
Mr. Feldheim
has played a key role in the growth of the fractional ownership industry as a
pioneer with the Northstar Club, Snowmass Club, the Christie Club and Front
Four at Stowe Mountain Lodge. Over the past 30 years. He has been involved with
numerous other real estate ventures including hotels, condo-hotels, timeshare
and undeveloped land. He acted as the post-petition CEO and President for
Mortgages Ltd., once the largest private lender in Arizona, through the
company's emergence from Bankruptcy.
James G
McWalters, Advisor
Mr. McWalters
is a Partner in McWalters & Kelterer. Mr. McWalters draws upon more than
thirty years of direct real estate experience and encompassing contracting,
development, tract sales and marketing, commercial brokerage and institutional
investment. His professional affiliations and service encompass activity in a number
of real estate organization, including the Urban Land Institute and the
National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers.
Prior to the
formation of McWalter Advisors, Mr. McWalters lead PM Realty Advisors expansion
from managing $60 million in regional assets to $2.1 billion in institutional
assets located in 23 states. As Managing Director of Acquisitions and Chairman
on the Investment Committee, he was responsible for the acquisition of real
estate assets valued at more than $3 billion and the disposition of assets
valued at $1 billion. Additionally, as Managing Director, Marketing, Mr
McWalters supervised and personally participated in raising more than $3 billion in client investment capital.
Mr McWalters
was also the Executive Vice President and Regional Director of Merrill Lynch
commercial Real Estate Brokerage Company. He executed more than $800 million in
real estate transactions annually.
Mr McWalters
holds a Bachelors of Science degree, with a major in Aeronautical Engineering
from the US Naval Academy. He is a member of, and has served on the board of,
the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. (NAREIM
